We hired them to replace some old bamboo flooring with solid oak sand and stain on site. Turned in to a bit of a challenging project due to something none of us could have seen related to the construction of our second floor by prior owners 20 years ago. We were really glad they were on the job because they knew exactly how to handle things and the outcome was great, and done on the same schedule as originally planned. "Doug and his team replaced our 1990s vinyl tile flooring with cork flooring in our basement. It's a small job and we were either getting very high quotes from general contractors, or no call backs at all. Doug came by before the job, listened to what we wanted to do, gave us good advice, and took measurements. We ordered the flooring (cork flooring), and brought it down to the basement ourselves. In a few days, the old flooring was torn out, the new flooring was installed, and the old stuff was hauled away. We are glad we didn't take on this job ourselves. It was worth every penny to have Doug's team do the job correctly and in a short amount of time."

"I would recommend working with the owner directly of the company as he is great and has a great working partner that came to look at our project after an initial estimate. The siding repairs were the easy part and done well. We added the redo of a porch roof, and the owner and his employee came with ideas and suggestions to make it look really nice, not just doing what was there before. It looks awesome. "My old fence finally lost out to time and needed replaced. This was not a small project as it involved almost 250 feet of fence and a retainment wall. I contacted three contractors and received bids for the work. Superior Home Custom Remodeling's bid was the best price of all three and he included a third rail on the fence for strength and included metal fence posts that the others did not. We scheduled the job and Ismael the owner and general contractor showed up with his crew. They quickly removed the old fencing and put in the new fence in just a few days. Being surrounded by three different neighbors with animals Ismael did the work in sections so the fence was only down for a short period of time before being replaced. The fencing material was all top quality cedar and the run of the fence was done professionally. The crew worked around our plants and shrubs and kept the work area clean and tidy. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing fence work or home remodeling."
