Jeff immediately set the expectation that he would come and take a look that evening, however explained that his initial visit would be a diagnostic, so no guarantee that he would be able to resolve the issue until he determines the issue. Jeff is clearly very knowledgeable, as he was able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and diagnose the issue which happed to be a faulty part relatively quickly by thoroughly evaluating our system. He showed me the faulty part, explained what caused it to become defective, and how to avoid any issues moving forward. Then to my surprise he actually had a replacement part on his truck, which he quoted me the price, and resolved the issue and replaced the part is a very timely manner all at a very reasonable price.
