"Parker and his team are knowledgeable and honest - setting realistic expectations on the front end but meeting or exceeding those expectations every time. We have a very challenging lawn on a steep hill where lots of grass had eroded away over time. The Diamond team came up with a plan to fix the lawn and did an amazing job executing that plan - within 3 weeks our lawn looked green again. "Logan called ahead to advise me that he was on the way and arrived on time to follow up with the annual maintenance on our sump, clean space and sani dry system. He installed the second of two remote water watch alarms and reworked a discharge line to limit any chance it could be noisy. He explained everything he had done - a 1st Class professional. After seeing this system in operation - I can not imagine living in this house without it! It has already saved our hardwood floor!"
