"I have used Harmon Plumbing for many years now and highly recommend them for all plumbing issues. It is SO refreshing to have an actual PERSON answer the phone when I call Harmon Plumbing! My call was answered quickly and with courtesy and an appointment promptly set. Mr. Harmon stopped by the previous day of scheduled repair and looked at the area I was concerned about. He took photos of the area so all materials could be acquired prior to the appointment next day. The plumbers arrived on time and well prepared for the repair. They are very experienced in my type of situation (aging copper pipes + acidic well water = leaks). Many homes in my area have the same issue. They looked at the leak under the house in crawlspace as well as under the bathroom sink to get a visual. They got to work and had the repair completed quickly. They inspected all of their work after completion and took photos to show me what was done. They left the work areas clean once done, no debris of any kind was evident. The lead plumber also took it upon himself (even though I did not request it) to inspect two other areas that haven't been retrofitted to replace copper pipe with Pex (laundry and downstairs tub plumbing supply lines) to make sure they did not currently have an issue. When they do (and they will), I'll know exactly who to call! I especially like the feature of having the "before & after" photos attached to the invoice! I have Harmon Plumbing on speed dial on my phone! I HIGHLY recommend them."
