"Where do I start! I recently completed a full remodel of our kitchen and a family room Not only did they meet the expectations they also went above and beyond to exceed them. From the start of our design process through construction and follow-up, Dunbar construction demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and true passion for their business. It is clear that their true purpose is to ensure their clientâ s complete satisfaction, and each and every individual â from owners to designers to contractorsâ put in the time, effort, and energy to ensure that they accomplish this goal. Dunbar has excellent project management, ensuring a successful project. They very clearly outlined expectations for budget and timeline, and worked with us to adjust and fine-tune both as needed. Ultimately, our project was completed on budget and on time (give or take a few additional days for final touch ups). The meetings with Jimmie Dunbar (owner) are very organized and efficient, including agendas sent in advance to ensure alignment on open topics/issues. Dunbar construction also partners very well with any sub-contractors needed to ensure that the same level of professionalism and work ethic is provided, regardless who is completing the work. If any questions or issues arise, Jimmie goes above and beyond to ensure they are addressed immediately, even coming by our house after hours to check on things! Not only are we extremely pleased with the final result of our kitchen and family room , but we are also excited to have found a reputable, respectable, trustworthy company to partner with again in the future. The team at Dunbar quickly becomes more than a construction partner; they become trusted friends who you know have your best interests at heart. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!"

"Hector and his crew can handle just about anything.. They are punctual, professional and in perpetual motion. The project that had the most impact for us was the installation of recessed lights with an on._off dimmer switch . Our living room was dark, illuminated only with table lamps. The addition of the recessed lights has made a major improvement. Most importantly, Héctor and his crew were accommodating to me as I am home bound. "Oscar (son) of Sacramento Serrano Landscaping and his team did not only a First Class service, they were reliable and worked my garden like I would have done it if I could! My winter lawn was spot clean, thatched, edged, the flower beds from last year cut down for new growth to spring up, and with their powerful blowers pathways and driveway were also spotless when they left. I never had such a positive experience with any Lawn Service. Oscar also comes weekly to mow the lawn. Another great team work; mow, edge, trim where the machines do not fit through and following clean up."

"Efrain is a perfect example of how home improvement projects should go. Professional, knowledgeable, highly-skilled, works clean, and on-timeâ and, even with all that, heâ s reasonably priced. This was a fairly complicated job with many cuts and a less-than-even surface. The end result is beautiful. In fact, his leveling of the floor was so impeccable as to eliminate the need for transition strips between tile and wood. Bonus: Efrain was the only installer who even bothered to investigate what was under the existing floor before giving a quote. (Surprise, it was another layer of ceramic tile with concrete under that.) Highly recommended and will use for future projects."

"I recently purchased my condo and needed a total rehab of the place so I decided to start with my two bathrooms. I chose AMB because I liked their proposal package (which included a 3D drawing of what I told them I liked and an option of price ranges for the quality of material to be used) for the master I decided to go all out and use the marble tiles, seamless glass door for the shower, jets inside the shower and rainfall shower head, quartzite tops, and custom cabinets. For the guest bathroom I decided to go with their standard tiles, tub, and remaining fixtures. Boy did they not disappoint! Their standard was absolutely great and high quality mohen fixtures, quality thick granite, and solid wood vanities. My master came out like a spa as you can imagine, but the craftsmanship on both was amazing. I had zero headache dealing with Bart when it came to picking out tiles and fixtures. They did such a professional job, glad I came across them. Would highly recommend!"

"Q5 Properties completely renovated my second floor primary bedroom. They removed the old carpet and installed luxury vinyl plank flooring which turned out beautifully. They also pained and installed baseboard and shoe moulding. They were very kind, helpful, and kept my home spotless throughout the renovation. I cannot recommend Q5 enough!"

"Very high quality work, both by company workers and sub contractors. Due to permit and supply issues, took months to actually start construction, but then moved at a steady pace. Workers were on time, appeared when supposed to, and were very accommodating when additional requests were made that added to original contract, Also very personable and comfortable to be around. Original contract amount was very reasonable and change orders also reasonable and easily handled. They constantly checked in with me to make sure work being done met my expectations. "Biango Construction completed a remodel of my Master Bath after another contractor left me with a complete disaster. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent workmanship. He is a great communicator and I knew up front exactly what we needed to do to make the necessary changes. He offers great ideas and was able to extend the shower further for a large walk-in. He is always available when needed. After four years my Master bath still looks amazing. He also completed a kitchen backsplash and helped me select and install beautiful crown molding in my family room. Great quality of work!"

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
