"Project included oil based primer on walls and ceiling, followed by painting these surfaces the desired colors. A.W. painting responded quickly and did an outstanding job. The are careful and thorough in their work. The room was left spotlessly clean. I will engage them for other projects soon."

"Marcus is very skillful and a wealth of knowledge. When you're hiring Marcus he's not only going todo what you want , but educate you on the project so you're not in the dark. Marcus is trust worthy, safe and very respectful as a female I can very much appreciate that. Learning about Marcus because I'm very specific who comes in my home . I learned he has a background in property management and has a clear current background check . Marcus also worked on the military housing which I can see a distinction in craftsmanship and cleanup. Marcus has done a variety of jobs and most recent CUSTOM BUILT AND INSTALLED a breakfast bar to help save space in my home. I saw a vision and Marcus made it come to frustration and better than I expected. If you need a sign , HERE IT IS HIRE HIM! YOU WILL NOT REGET IT!"

"I needed to replace my shed roof which had previously been damaged and temporarily repaired. The morning I called Alex Williams, I learned that by chance he was finishing up a job in my neighborhood. His son was able to come out and confirm that I did need a new roof and he gave me a reasonable replacement cost. By 6:00 that evening, I had a new roof on my shed with a 25 year shingle, and also new gutter guards to replace those missing on my house. Alex and his crew were very professional and pleasant to work with. His recommendations for a future project made sense in terms of safety, affordability and aesthetics."

"I didn't hire them for the gas appliance but I hired them for everything else. They installed storm doors, removed a wall between two rooms, installed outside lighting, installed a chandelier and a ceiling fan, and created a hall closet. The work was seamless and excellent quality. They are my permanent handyman."

"Selected LCGC for a small job (repair of screens on front windows of townhouse) because they not only submitted the lowest of three quotes, but also aced a professional first impression. Communication and engagement wee professional throughout the turnaround period. Completed work was impeccable - met my notoriously picky standards! Looking forward to working with LCGC again."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
