I was in need of re-bedding my existing water softner and purification system so i reached out to neighbors for references. I got 2. The first person never showed up or contacted me the day of his scheduled appointment so I then called the 2nd referral and that was Josh of Water Pure. I am so glad I did!!! He answered immediately and was at my home right at the scheduled time the next day. We went over different options and I decided to update to a new type water treatment system without chlorine. After living with the existing system already, on the property when purchased over 22 years ago, it was definitely time, and I am so happy I did. Josh installed the new system today, 3 days after he first came by. Excellent customer service!!! And... my water tastes great again and the lovely odor is gone. Thank you Josh!!!

Excellent at what Josh does. He knows what heâ s talking about. He makes it very easy to understand whatâ s going on with my system. Heâ s patient heâ s kind. Most importantly, my dog loves him and he doesnâ t like everyone Josh was a lifesaver for me and my family he turn our yellow water clear he is a miracle worker. I appreciate his hard work. Great service came out explained 2 different systems that would fit our needs. He came back installed the unit snd we are very happy with clear drinkable water, and no spots !He showed up for the appointments on time, and even called ahead, cleaned up after installation.
