"Last September, we moved from San Francisco into a new home in Lacey. We had a backyard that was just dirt. We interviewed many Landscaping companies, and found Cliff with C.P.C. Landscaping. We had a patio designed of red brick pavers. We also wanted/ needed a sitting wall, a rock garden, 2 side gates and 2 concrete pathways. Cliff listened to us and understood our plans and he and his large crew completed all the above work in 2 1/2 weeks. Hid crew arrived every morning on time, all of them worked very hard , until it was time for them to leave in the evening. They cleaned up every evening before they left, and they all worked very hard even if Cliff wasn't here to supervise them. The only snag we ran into was with the 'sitting wall', but after we explained what we wanted, Cliff and his crew 'made it happen' to our wishes. Cliff's & his crew's motto is that they 'wants happy customers', for which we are very appreciative..They completed the patio, sitting wall, rock garden [with beautiful large, colored river rocks], the 2 gates, and 2 concrete pathways in 2 1/2 weeks and all were done extremely well. . I wish I could post a picture of the 'before' and 'after' of our backyard.. it is truly an amazing metamorphosis from ...a barren dirty back lot to very beautiful patio and garden!... We thank Cliff and all the crew that worked on making what we had 'down on paper' [what we envisioned ], become a reality. We now have a patio and garden that we will enjoy for years to come., thanks to Cliff and his hard working crew. If you have a backyard project or home projects, that need to be done, we highly recommend Cliff & C.P.C. judith & terry bean, Lacey, Wa."

"All aspects of this project were done efficiently, professionally. and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Communications were frequent and informative. Two maple tree stumps were removed via excavator, vs. grinding/chipping. This resulted in the area being free of roots and debris. I am very happy with the results. The price was very reasonable. "Rolando called me the same day to set up an estimate. They arrived on the agreed day and on time to get the job done. They were efficient, very hard working and personable. That day I asked for a bid for a yard project as well. When I agreed to have him come back they were there the next day. Got the job done with no slowing down. I have already given his card to my neighbor who has contacted him. I'm very impressed with Rolando and crew and will call him again."

"Professional, great communication, timely, completed the work quickly for a reasonable rate. My ask was for cleanup of a large dump pile where we have been dumping yard waste for eight years (even though portions of the dump site was along our lake front and contained a few downed trees). Even after uncovering a massive yellow jacket nest early on, Claudio and crew kept at it and completed years worth of dumping on one day. I was grateful and amazed. I just hired him again for my next job, and most likely the one after that too. A side note - I really enjoyed the crew member who belted out songs in Spanish throughout the day (in tune even)."

"Our sewer lateral was backing up into our house. The plumbers I worked with either gave a high bid or were nervous about taking the job due lots of ground water compounded by the wet fall. It was suggested that we would need an excavator because of all the water. Michael gave a very competitive bid for replacing 70ft. of sewer lateral on a Saturday. He also explained the complexity of the job so as to give a clear understanding of what had to be done. He and his crew (Jerry and Jacob) started the job the next Monday. The price was so affordable that I had them lay down new rock in our driveway and a base for an eventual shop. I will have he and his crew back to level and rock the rest of our backyard this spring or summer. Michael is a rare breed that is concerned more about helping folks rather than squeezing them for their last dollar. He was easy to get along with and is a very experienced excavator. You will do well to choose he and his crew!"
