"Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"

"Called Middletown HVAC for routine heater bleed when the company I normally use was unable to come out. I have a newborn baby in the house and was concerned about him being cold. Technician came out and found during our inspection that our boiler was not only not functioning properly but was unsafe for use due to water rot. We were floored as the previous company mentioned NOTHING years before. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to get things replaced in a quick and efficient manner. They came back and took care of it within a matter of two days. Needless to say, I will no longer be calling the old company and I will only be calling Middletown. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far.
