They did a terrible job. I know the house was dirty, but we ended revacuuming, recleaning all the cabinets and surfaces, and cleaning the walls. These are all things they said they would do. They said there were 3 girls on one day for 5 hours and 1 girl on the second day for 2 hours. Seems like the kitchen and the carpets could be a lot cleaner for that amount of time.

Jodene, I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a bad review without even bringing this to my attention first. This was a hazmat situation. The home needed a lot of attention. The walls were washed (they needed to be painted) the wood cabinets were even oiled down and cleaned out. I let you know the carpets would need to be professionally cleaned as well. Vacuuming can only do so much. Considering it was a hazmat situation and we didn't leave the job or charge you $1,500+++ for the amount of mold we came across.

Amanda and her team help me maintain and clean my airbnb property as Iâ m an out of state resident, I have never been disappointed. They definitely go out of the way for me with some of my requests and they have always been so helpful with everything, definitely recommend, have never had any issues in regards with them being on time for the cleaning and getting it done. Most reliable team and the best customer service from the owner!

We booked Double Elite Cleaning Co for our move out clean. I knew our house was dirty, and it was going to be a lot of work. So we reached out and the quote was more than reasonable! We had 4 cleaners come for our house and I wanted to shout out Kate for being so sweet, accommodating, and AMAZING! The whole team did a spectacular job! They did things that I wasn't expecting them to, like cleaning toilet tanks, the rings on our stove that I thought were permanently there, and wiped everything possible down. Our backyard is mostly dirt so our house was VERY dusty and when we came back for the walk through it was spotless. Thank you all for the work you do!! We are so grateful!!!!

Double elite is amazing! As a real estate agent, it was very important for me that before I list my properties on the market to be viewed by prospective buyers that the house look and smell very clean! I hired DOUBLE ELITE CLEANING CO, LLC to do a deep cleaning on my recent 2 listings and they did an amazing job so much so that I made them my go to pre-list and after closing cleaner.
