"Wow! Harman and his team is legit the BEST. Not only was his pricing incredibly reasonable (I have a few crews I work with), but the range and quality of work is TIP TOP. We had him refinish some cabinets in a kitchen for a client I had. His refinished quote was 15% of what is would cost to replace, and they look brand new! We also had him do our: paint refresh, roof and gutter clean, deck painting, and all of it turned out professional and beautiful! These guys really care, and you can tell from the work. Lastly, I want to mention the excellent communication and follow through. When working with contractors, I find a lack of transparency to be one of the most galling issues, and this was the exact opposite w Harman. Finally, when a project ended up being more than either of us anticipated, he handled it and kept the costs the same! Highly suggest."

Kejdo and team did an amazing job at painting them white, and everything from the color to shine to smoothness was perfect. "We had a rental house at Wedgewood area near U-District, with interior needing new paint on wall, ceiling, trim, and doors. Medium size, but challenging job. The ceiling suffered some peeling and had to repaired, with some parts high ceilings. Vadim came to the initial visit and took detailed notes of what we needed and gave us recommendations on the best methods to go forward. We were sent a very detailed bid with pictures, detailed lists of what is to be done and clearly stated options. The crew came the following week and quickly with great attention to detail, finished the job on time. We were impressed that even though the duplex was a rental, they treated the job as if it was an owner-occupied house... with full care and made sure everything was done right. All the walls and trim look like brand new, with a beautiful new finish. I definitely would recommend Hello Painting."

"This company did a pristine job demolition and remodeling. They took down a full closet, replaced the carpet with nice vinyl (hardwood looking) , painted the whole room, windows and baseboards. They were detail oriented and stood behind their work. They came back to improve some of the finishing on the baseboards and carpet/floor dividing strip."

"I have a craftsman house, with woodwork galore, and we were doing a full paint job. Every room, door, ceiling, fireplace mantel, even the floors to our sunroom were getting painted. And the job was beyond excellent. They really went above and beyond, there were areas on some of the old windows and doors that extra care was needed with sanding and work to make sure we got a very nice finish. Also no window was painted shut (seems trivial but I don't know how often I've seen that in old homes). The communication about what color and what type of sheen and paint type was great. Especially since again this was the entire house, and not to move out, to move in, so we had picked multiple paint colors and combinations. I really can't stress enough how good a job it was, I felt taken care of, and that they really respected and were careful with my house. Also from a technical standpoint the estimate i received on cost and timeline was exactly accurate. It was affordable and timely for the scope of work! I highly reccomend them to anyone."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic builder who repaired my house to perfection. After receiving several quotes from different contractors, I chose this builder because they provided the fastest service and the lowest price, even beating out the second lowest bidder by a significant margin. Despite my initial doubts, this builder's service exceeded my expectations in every way. The damage on my siding right below the roof was worse than I thought - the wood inside was also rotten. But the builder was up to the challenge. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and replaced it with new wood. The siding had a curve which required a 12 foot long piece of wood, but they had no problem replacing it with a new one. While the contractors didn't speak English, communication was not a problem thanks to the Google translator app. I was able to use the app to ask them to paint the extra siding next to the damage, and they had no problem understanding my request. I am extremely pleased with the work this builder did on my house. They were fast, efficient, and provided an outstanding level of service. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs or construction work. "Jesus was exceptional on all fronts: communication, service, and quality of work. He helped us with multiple jobs getting our home ready for sale. I initially asked to complete a fence stain on a very tight timeline; his work was so thorough and fast that we had him also paint our porch, and pressure wash some of our yard (he did this at no extra charge). Our realtor commented later that his work had made the most impact in terms of improvement on the appearance of the house. Jesus was considerate both of neighbors (asking what time is okay to start with the pressure washing machine) and he was careful with delicate greenery near the fencing. I will be hiring him again for any painting jobs I have, Jesus has a lot of energy and is wonderful to work with, and his prices are very reasonable."

Tina and her company were hired to paint our house. She showed up on time and gave us a quote for the project; she was professional and very confident. Her manager estimated to complete the job in less than a week. After three weeks we were notified that the job is completed. During the inspection I noticed multiple paint spillages around the work area, brush strokes, uneven areas of paint, streaks, and blemishes. I was told that someone will come and finish the job because â they never walk away from the jobâ . Multiple phone calls and emails later they finally admitted that the job was done poorly and promised to paint the walls and the ceilings again. Two weeks later they put another coat of paint, however they left multiple dried paint drippings all over the place, including our newly installed floors. In the light construction will cost you time, money and possibly your sanity. Do not waste your money. I have no idea how the company is still in business. Tina and her team rewired my kitchen to put in my new appliances. She put in new bedrock, baring wall, and surrounding wall for my new tub. Tina and her team removed the remaining hardware for the old iron stove. Then went up on the roof to cut it off and replaced part of the ceiling. Her team painted, put in new doors and new carpet. Tina and her team went above and beyond to help me with my condo. I am so grateful. Anyone who uses In The Light Construction Management are lucky to have someone who is up front on the labor and price. You will not find that with any other Construction Company."

"We very much enjoyed working with Ihor and the rest of the Yelson crew. They worked quickly but without cutting corners, addressing the smallest of details with an eye for perfection. Our basement flooring project required quite a bit of leveling with cement, which created some unique problems, but each hurdle was considered carefully and at times creatively to produce a quality and long-lasting result. We were so pleased with their work that we immediately hired them for another project refreshing our tired front deck. Very professional, personable, and highly recommendable."
