He gave us a quote based on photos and our description. Meeting the truest test of a professional, he stood by that estimate, charging us exactly the amount he cited—far less than the pros we’d hired previously would have charged. Cameron also came only a few days after we contacted him on a day and at a time that worked best for us. He was friendly, efficient, neat, punctual, reliable, and honest. His communications were proactive and responsive—before and after the work. We knew exactly when he’d arrive and he followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Cameron was so good that we had him come back a few days later to clean the drain pipes in the sink. He gave us a discounted price because we had just hired him to do the disposal removal. "I had 7 people come to my house to address the raw sewage backing up into my basement. The first company sent 4 different people to address each individual issue. Pretty much took all day. The only thing that was accomplished was that one guy put a camera in my line and said it would not go very far. Said the pipe was likely collapsed. Suggested we get an outside cleanout installed which would involve excavating the yard and installing new pipe...about 6.5K. Yikes! Called for a 2nd opinion. Offered the same service for about half the price. Didn t even try to snake it. Said too risky. Had a 3rd company come out. They at least tried snaking it but were unsuccessful. They suggested hydro jetting at $750 for the first hour. Luckily the hydro jet was not available so I called Chris to see if he could do that. Explained my situation and he thought he could clear it without using a jet. Well, he did the impossible and cleared the line after a couple of hours! He had 2 things the others did not have...determination and hope. He saved us a ton of money and I am very grateful!"

"Had a gas leak and gas had been shut off for 2 days. They were able to come the day I called. He fixed the leak and when doing pressure check found a second leak which he fixed. When we entered the basement we discivered my water heater was also leaking water so ge fixed that too. He was here all afternoon. Thank you Angel!"
