"After having serious flood damage to the mansion in 2019, our project Manager introduced us to Dan and Earthon Concepts. The mansion is a very large house and needed serious structure work. Dan came in and was able to do the extensive work in the basement which including building a strong steel frame to secure the three-story 12,000 sq. ft. home so it could stand tall for another 100 yrs. The next project he took on was to rebuild the elaborate main porch, matching the design and workmanship done over a hundred and fifty-five years ago which he was able to do flawlessly. He and his crew have fantastic personalities and were a lot of fun to have here and joke with as I watched my beautiful home come back to life. I am a man with many words and still could not find enough to say how much I would recommend this company to anyone looking for strong work ethics and devoted builders to bring back the history of your home as they did mine. "Green Bridge Designs was a referral from my neighbors. One that had them do a remodel and another neighbor had just had a smaller job done. I met with the owner, Paul who was very helpful because he offered a solution that fit my budget. A double window was removed and replaced with exterior siding and mid century wood paneling inside. I never liked having the window so it was a great idea. I am not an expert but the work was clearly explained, all my questions answered, and Paul was proactive, considerate, and what I would definitely call a master carpenter. Inside, I can not tell any difference between the old and the new paneling and floorboard. The exterior siding looks original. Also, it was nice that the wood was stained and dried off-site prior to interior installation due to the lingering stain odor. I am at least the third referral from Mayfair and Green Bridge Designs definitely has my vote for all future projects, big or small. Green Bridge Designs was easy to work with, offered me an innovative solution to keep me on budget with their reasonable rates. Very friendly and nice people. I highly recommend!"
