Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. "Smalltown Property Revivial is a highly professional small handyman business that can handle most of your general repairs and rebuilds for your home. They rebuilt a beautiful second story wooden deck at my historic residence and it is very solid and looks wonderful. I included a couple of picture although we are still needing a base rail which will be installed soon. Other projects included installing a window ac unit, checking and replacing smoke alarms, moving and removing heavy pieces of furninture and other items. I never had to worry that something was not being done correctly and they are responsive to any changes or additions you have.
