"So as my wife pointed out I'm not as young as I used to be. So when we got a new dishwasher, she insisted we have a pro install it. Im sure this is because e of my age, nothing to do with the freezer incident. Despite the blow to my ego, I allowed it. I figured it would take forever to get it done. But Scott the guy she hired showed up right on time. It took him no time to get it installed and he even got rid of the old one for us. I really wish I could turn this into a I should have done it myself reviews. But Scott the installer was awesome, he showed up when he said he would [Actually a few min early] he had them swapped out in less than an hour, plus he was a genuinely nice guy. I honestly couldn't have done a better job if i tried. Let's face it, Had I done it myself It would have taken all day, the kitchen would have been a disaster, and the wife would be pissed. So, in the end Scott the installer kept me from being exiled to the couch for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend them."

"Tim did an exceptional job. While he cleaned our furnace, he saw that the insulation was falling in so he used a few screws to hold it in place. He proceeded to clean our A/C unit and saw that the capacitor was about ready to be replaced so he took care of that, as well. I had a weird sound every time my A/C ran so he also went into the attic to investigate. He found that a pipe leading to the roof was rubbing against the plywood as it exited the house (likely making the noise every time it expanded and contracted when heated and cooled) so he put some insulation between the pipe and the plywood to see if that would alleviate the problem. He did mention to call him if it started to make the noise again and he'll cut the plywood away from the pipe. But, so far, so good. He took great care of our furnace and A/C unit for a reasonable price."
