The water company turned off my water because they think i have a leak. Since last bill I've used 15K gallons of water and they said the red dial in the h2o face was spinning which indicates a leak. I wrote an ad on Angie's and had a response withing seconds from RPX called and said they could get someone out the same day. He came out and fixed my water line in two days. I will hire again.

I had a PVC pipe in my garage that has a hole in it and there is water leaking from it. I reached out to RPX and they were able to get someone out here same day. The tech came out and he told me that i had a pinhole leak. All he has to do is wrap it with fiberglass filling or epoxy putty to close off the damage. He was outstanding fixed it and told me what to look for. I will keep using them.

There is leak in my ceiling in the laundry room. Possibly from the master bathroom upstairs. There was a big wet spot in my ceiling it looked like it was goin to fall through. I reached out to RPX due to i have used them a few times before. They are great the customer service is very good and very professional. They came out and told me that i had a leak in my walls and that was what was causing the water stain. He told what i could do to fix that water stain and then fixed my issues. Im very pleased to work them and will keep working with them.

We had a leak in ceiling. Not roof related. Part of ceiling were leak is fell down. Needed the leak fixed. ASAP. I got in contact with RPX and they sent someone out the same day. He was such a sweet person and very helpful. I was coming from the store when he pulled. He helped with those and then checked out my problem. He told me he could get it fixed the same day. I love how they work with their customers. I will most defiantly be using them again!!!

The water meter is turning slowly without water use and the water bill is higher than it should be. All plumbing in the town home is tight. There is no visible water in the small yard front. I believe the water pipe runs under the slab to water heater and the back of the town home. I wrote a ad on Angie's and someone called me in seconds. They told me that they could have someone out here and get me back right. He came and fixed it and was very cool person . Will hire again

Some leaky pipes in home and pipes in front of my yard needed to be repaired or replaced. I reached out to Rooter proxpress and someone came out and gave me a price. They asked if i was ok with the price and they waved the service fee. He came he did the work and was on his way.

I had a leak around the meter and the house. I had some other people come out and they said they couldn't find any leak. I wanted to get someone else to tell me if that was true. I looked on google to see if i can find someone who could come out same day. I saw Rooter pro xpress and they were able to send someone out the same day. He said that the leak wasn't at the meter but further down. He was able to fix it the same day and told me that if it happens again then ill have to change it. Great customer service and professionalism .

I had a pipe that may have been leaking withing my walls from the 2nd floor guest bathroom. The leak seemed like it was moving down to the first floor damaging the ceiling. Which is a whole other amount of money I'm gonna have to pay. I reached out to angies and was able to get a tech out the same day. Told me i had to replace the pipe because it had a crack in it. He replaced it and and told me what to look for before it happens again if it does. I will use them again.

I had a few projects that i needed done. My shower in the master bedroom had no hot water, my toilet in the master bedroom's pipes were very noisy. The toilet in the guess room seal was leaking. I also had some faulty plumbing items and some other projects that i needed. I thought about how much all this was gonna cost me. I reached out on Angie's to see of i can get a good price. I spoke with some companies and RPX reached out to me. They said they could get someone out to me the same day. They sent out a young man ( not gonna lie i thought he was too young to do the job) !! He came and fixed all of what i needed done and was out of here great work.

I had already had a local plumber come and diagnosed the issue and stated it was something goin on with my toilets. I wanted a second opinion just to make sure it was right. I reached out to RPX and they sent someone out to my home and he showed me that it wasnt my toilets it was my main water line. From the meter to the home and amp also need new penetration to the the house. He was also able to assist me with financial assistance. They were very nice and helpful and respectful will call again.
